I was thinking from past 3–5 years that how to start a business and at least How to, Should I, Then, type questions my mindset was wrong at that time and I was not solving any real world problem but I was thinking like a mad horse that was absorbed in analysis-paralysis problem nothing great achieved.

After learning design thinking. I am writing my problem finding experience that was far better then self-paralysis ailment.

Due to lack of self-discipline in many students they are unable to outperform in their Institutes”.

This problem finding experience was started when I ponder over my class grades. All the student that are enrolled in my department, got admission on merit basis and all are the shiny ones.

They were motivated enough and they also passed the interview held at ITU, I thought their should be a problem that some of my mates are on probation , while others have 4 CGPA.

To dig deep in the problem I contacted( WhatsApp audio call)them and ask them, they were motivated enough when they joined in.

Why they are not learning? why they are not meeting expectation of their Teachers? What is wrong in the system? Are they motivated enough to Study? Do they try to fill the learning gap?

I was astonished by the responses, I was thinking this problem might have an solution like accountability, but empathizing with them and asking well defined questions, I astonished that they don’t need accountability they only lack self-Discipline.

I think helping those students is a social cause because these students are ignored by Professors and considered as Non-serious. We can teach them discipline so they can achieve their Goals.

Teach the deserving the discipline

Beyond everything, these students are the most creative ignored part of our society.

This Problem searching journey has helped me a lot, that from the ease of our couch we can’t define a problem and built a solution. We have to empathize with the targeted audience listen them carefully because at the end of the day they will be using our solution.

Why not?, hear the problem by themselves”.
