The life of Usman is Changing, after joining Amal Academy he is doing many different type of activities.

Which room/area were you situated in when doing this activity? You should take a picture of your surroundings and include it in your blog.

He was sitting in the room that he demanded from parents so he can learn in mental peace. So, during covid , He is in the room learning and experimenting new things.

Room Look like this:

Make the Couch, Organize the Table, Arrange Long Extension Cable, Clean the Door
This is the room in which i spend my most of my time and condition of my table when I left at night.

After examining the condition of my room I thought, my table should be my priority.

So, the Question arises where I was Sitting and reading at the time of picture because the laptop was off, I was reading on my mobile phone at my couch.

That is located in front of my desk.

And the second task, I have to straighten the sheet of this couch.

What was wrong with it i.e. why did it need to be fixed and how did it need to be fixed?

Space inefficiency was present at my table, That should be cleaned by me due to positive change. It was necessary to do, for the well management and organization of my belongings.

Write down what you did to fix it?

I move the trash out of the table and send it to the place where it belongs, and then soak the tissue and clean the table after that, It was cleaned by a dry tissue later on. literally their was dust because I never bothered about it.

So, after some management what I got. Instant Satisfaction: I have to clean the table drawer that was not cleaned for more then 10 months.
Now, Seems Good. I am Feeling More energetic.

How did you feel after completing this task?

I felt more organized and energetic, and the believe at least I can help myself and surroundings to flourish.

Would you have still done this task if we hadn’t asked you to do so?

No, I might have not completed the task.

If no, why not? Remember to be as specific as possible when answering the why questions.

Because the drawer was not cleaned nearly 10 months ago and I always said (daffa kra) it will be a time waste.

How does this activity (especially your answers to “part f”) relate to leadership without authority and everyday leadership?

We can change many things in our surrounding that impact us, and what they take is the positive energy and attitude towards them, But we don’t bother because we are extremely busy in the rut.
