I was a Healthy Procrastinator. Every time I sat down for work.

On priority, I write all the tasks on my register, then start procrastinating, if I do that this might happen, I met many time with the family members of procrastination known as Frustration and Indecisiveness.

Fortunately, if I started one task after wasting nearly 20 min in choosing the right one then eventually boredom took my soul in 30 min and without completing a task I jumped to a new one and series of jumping go on.

I was introduced to this technique verbally by an event “Barbara Oakley on Thursday, June 13, 2019–3:30pm at B3 Auditorium, SDSB Building, LUMS”

I applied that technique without knowing the detail about Pomodoro , Results were not Good because of set backs: I only know the surface level of technique and I had not set the timer and I was noting how many minutes are left.

But at Amal, In our productivity course I got the right Gist and my experience is Great every time. Pomodoro is helping me a lot. I have made my weekly schedule and daily-todo list on Google keep that is always with me. Daily To-do helped me to clear the clutter up and the legendary executioner the beater of Procrastinations master Pomodoro is helping me a lot this post is completed in nearly 2.3 Pomodoro's.

Summary of Pomodoro

Due to this technique I can’t claim whether I have completed more or less because I was not tracking my accomplished task and I was working like an workaholics. Now I can state that these task have been done and these are left.

Just one more Pomodoro episode

After Pomodoro successful experiments I am very happy I have track of achievements of every day. I will use this technique because it is helping me a lot.
